Arvo Shop currently serves customers in Bangladesh through home delivery. Delivery charges are calculated on the order page according to the selected delivery area and the current free-delivery offer.
Delivery charges
- Dhaka: ৳80 when the cart includes any Normal Delivery product.
- Outside Dhaka: ৳150 when the cart includes any Normal Delivery product.
- Carts containing only products marked Free Delivery receive ৳0 delivery.
Order confirmation
We may contact the customer by phone to confirm the name, mobile number, address, product and quantity before dispatch. Providing an accurate mobile number and complete delivery address helps prevent failed delivery.

Please provide a complete and usable delivery address. Delays or failed delivery can occur when the address or contact number is incomplete, unreachable or inaccurate.
